Maggi onion pakora

It was raining since yesterday afternoon, so our cook couldn’t come, and we got a chance to have a Maggi party last night ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜Š. Thinking we would be having Maggi for dinner; I prepared a little extra and that little extra turned out to be a little more extra!!!

The day was totally gloomy with continuous rainfall. So, to boost up the mood on such a rainy day what can be better than pakora accompanied by a drink of your choice ðŸ˜Š

I had the leftover Maggi from last night, just mashed them well, mixed it up with shredded onion, coriander leaves, added little ajwain, besan, and salt, the pakora mixture is ready!!! then just deep-fried the pakoras and served them hot with sauce !!!, as it is the day is Sunday, it is cheat day  ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜Š

Here is the recipe for Maggi onion pakora on a rainy day!!!

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet Maggi, prepare as you would normally prepare or as per packet instruction, you can use leftover Maggi also
  • 2 medium-sized onion, finely shredded
  • ½ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • ½ tsp ajwain
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Water if required
  • Oil as needed for frying

Method:
  • Take the cooked Maggi in a bowl and mash it nicely
  • Mix the shredded onion, chopped coriander leaves, besan, salt, black pepper with the mashed Maggi
  • If the mixture turns too hard, mix a little water, it should be of medium consistency and should be able to hold shape
  • Deep fry the pakoras

Serve them hot with sauce or green chutney along with your favorite drink.
